Air Passenger Rights
Information on the main air passenger rights in the EU, which concern cancellation, long delays, baggage, identity of the airline, package holidays, denied boarding, people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility and price transparency.
The Dutch Transport Inspectorate (ILenT)
The Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate ensures that air carriers departing from Dutch airports or EU air carriers departing from third countries to the Netherlands are in compliance with this EC regulation. If the air carrier does not comply to these regulations the passenger can file a complaint. This webpage provides further information on how to file a complaint.
